The rooms were very clean but unfortunately not ready when we arrived, even though we had booked them in advance. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location right in downtown and the friendly service provided. However, the room I booked with 2 beds was not initially ready, which was a bit disappointing, but they quickly resolved it.
